Let me introduce myself in few words. My name is Madalin Milea, I’m working as WordPress Developer (freelancer), and I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis ten years ago in 2008. You can find more details about me on the About page and if you want to know more about what I do, click here.
I wrote this post because I want to let you know some details about what kind of information you’ll find here and why I have created this kind of blog.
WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT FROM THIS BLOG
In this blog, you’ll find more details about the disease and my struggles. I will try to add at least two training sessions that I do weekly, with some explanations so you can see exactly which part of the body will work.
As well, I will write about my diet, medicine, medical tests, what reverse AS meaning and so far. I will try to cover everything I know about AS.
WHY I CREATE THIS BLOG ABOUT ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS
It was not an easy decision before I started this blog and wrote down about my personal life. This topic was a confidential one for me, and I didn’t want to talk about it.
All this time, I made many mistakes, and I was indolent regarding my health, so I hope I can help others to not make the same mistakes as me and assess the time better.

Another reason for doing that is because I want to see my evolution for years. I finally decide to take more care of me, and in that way, I can see if I will be able to improve my posture and my life through the experiments I will make.
The last cause but not the least, I want you to watch at how someone with this disease can do these exercises and if you have Ankylosing Spondylitis, you know what I mean. I had the habit to watch online video to see what exercise I should do for my problem and many times I end up by being frustrated because I was never capable of executing the exercise as they do. I hope you’ll understand faster than me, that, is more important to do your best, instead of perfect and to have a progressive evolution.
I want to say that, I’m not a doctor, but I saw at least 15 until I found the right one for me. I’m not a trainer, but I saw few, and I stop at one that’s perfect for me, and this is why I would like to thank her for everything she does for me.
